Eating is one of the sweetest pleasures that humans can experience.
The taste of different foods, the fun of going to restaurants, and the importance of family meals and other forms of social eating cannot be overstated.
We love to eat. It’s natural!
Problem is, many of us find that our bodies have more fat and less muscle than we would like them to have. We worry that our eating habits might be harming our health.
That’s why so many Triangle customers are glad that we offer a rational, holistic, and effective approach to weight control.
Most people misunderstand the concept of weight control. It’s the ratio of fat to muscle in our bodies that’s the most important factor in the measurement of weight. Muscle weighs more than fat, and some people who have been overly fat actually notice that their weight stays almost the same as they lost fat and gained muscle.
So, numbers on a weighing scale aren’t by themselves a total indicator of how healthy you are in relation to your weight. What’s important is to determine your “bodyfat percentage,” and calculate more....

Healing guru Deepak Chopra and other health theorists use wisdom from quantum physics, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and modern science to bolster their revolutionary definition of what it means to be human, of what it means to exist.
According to Chopra and similar teachers, humans are vibrating conglomerates of matter, spirit and energy, organized by “Intelligence.” This Intelligence is the underlying order of objects including the earth; the order comes from a template that is inherent in the existence of the universe, and is expressed in the intricate patterns of life at the cellular level and beyond.
Everything is vibrating: the ground we walk on, the air we breathe, the water we drink, our bodies. This truth has been a cornerstone of metaphysical thought for millennia, but only in the past century have scientists been able to use sophisticated instruments to detect and measure these vibrations. The detection of vibrational frequencies indicates part of a core truth about the universe: materials or substances, whether they are animate or inanimate, are different their rate of vibrations is different. Science measures the difference by the rate or frequency of vibration. The units for expressing frequency of vibration are the Hertz or more....

As long as we are alive, we are aging.
Our bodies are creating new cells, dispensing with old ones, repairing damage, attempting to maintain energy and infrastructure.
The fact of aging is universal. Indeed, aging is built into the fabric of the universe, which began as expanding matter and energy, and later became the reality we experience today, in which discreet objects arise, exist for a finite time, and then dissipate due to the effects of entropy.
Some of these momentary objects are us: living beings who defy the process of entropy to maintain a unique structure for a finite period of time.
What happens after the body dies is a matter for religion, science and faith, but those of us who love life and ourselves want to keep our bodies healthy and youthful as long as possible, so we can have maximum health and enjoyment.
This quest for long and health life goes back to the dawn of humans and has inspired the search for the Fountain of Youth, the cryogenic freezing of cadavers, and hundreds of elixirs, potions, prayers, and miracle cures that purport to extend and enhance life.
At Triangle Healing Products, we offer the most more....
