Shipping Policy

Some products qualify for free shipping. We are sorry but some items we can not ship to the United States. Online/Offline orders are shipped via Canada Post or Fedex/UPS from our store/warehouse in Victoria, B.C., Canada usually by the next business day from the time of payment. Canadian residents should receive orders within 15 business days (usually within 10). Triangle Healing Products will ship all packages insured but we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or otherwise missing packages shipped via any Carrier.
If you do not receive you shipment in a reasonable amount of time, please e-mail our Customer Service Department at http://trianglehealing.com within 24 hours or phone 1-888-370-1818.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please e-mail our Customer Service Department at http://trianglehealing.com within 24 hours or phone 1-888-370-1818.

Backorders:


We will endeavour to make sure that all items listed as "in stock" are actually in stock. Occasionally we will have a popular item that sells faster than we can restock it. If you order a product which is expected to be out-of-stock for more than two days (48 hours), we will ship items separately at no extra charge to avoid delays AND/OR contact you to see if you wish a substitute size, etc. Occasionally, we may substitute two or more equivalent products in a smaller size if the larger size is out-of-stock. For example, we may substitute two 60 cap bottles for a 120 cap bottle at our expense. We will NEVER substitute an alternate flavor, brand, or product without your permission.


Wrong Addresses:


Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. Additional fees apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address.
In the event that a package is undeliverable due to a wrong address (given by the Customer) and sent back to the shipper (Triangle Healing Products) the Customer will be credited to his/her credit card in the amount of the goods paid. Shipping and handling are not refundable.

Undelivered Packages:


Once a delivery attempt has been made it is the responsibility of customer to make sure the package is accepted. We do not guarantee delivery will be made if there is no one home to accept a package or if the Carrier (UPS, USPS, FEDEX or other Carrier) is unable to deliver a package. Some packages require a signature, while others may be left at the door.
We highly recommend shipping to an address where someone will be able to receive the package when delivered.
Packages left outside your home all day may be damaged by weather that is too hot, cold, rainy or humid.
